Day 1: MORE:awareness

It's Day One of "Share MORE:kindness", and I'm super psyched you're here with me, we are going to have a ton of fun spreading what people need most – a little MORE:kindness.

We're going to ease into our practice today with a  simple truth – WHERE YOUR ATTENTION GOES, GROWS. 

Just think about it, when we focus our attention on the good, we seem to notice the good. When we focus on what's not working, on the experience we don't want to be having, we somehow seem to get more of that thing we don't want. Universal Law at work. 

So today, let's warm up our kindness muscle by simply choosing kindness. Let's focus on looking for it, listening for it and feeling it in our lives. Watch for unexplained smiles, a stranger offering a helping hand, someone going out of their way.

And don't forget to take note of your own simple acts of kindness – perhaps you hug someone just because, or maybe you use a reusable water bottle because you know it's good for your wellbeing and that of the planet's. These are all acts of kindness.

So today, just notice and take note of all the amazing kindness that actually lives around us! It can be pretty amazing to realize what's actually going on out there!
