The Daily MORE Worksheet

The Daily More is my favorite practice. I do it every morning religiously. 

I created the Daily More as a way to jump start my day and help me create the MORE each and every day I want to bring into my life. I have a hard time with To Do Lists because they feel overwhelming and restrictive and I know bigger forces are at play. I wanted to be able to harness the power of the physical and the metaphysical, my reality and my spirituality, taking advantage of the opportunity to co-create my life. 

The Daily More helps me feel accomplished before I even start and helps me tap into a more mysterious power inside and outside of me. And it’s just kind of fun to start your day dreaming and scheming instead of worrying and stressed.

This process is equal parts: Mindfulness, “Making It Happen”, and Manifestation. It’s built from a combination of techniques from Tony Robbins, Stephen Covey, Danielle LaPorte, Deepak Chopra, Julia Cameron, and utilizes the power of the Law of Attraction. 

It is POWERFUL when used every day. It will keep you focused and committed to what’s really important.
